How Does It Work?

Kinesiology is based on muscle testing — the body responds.
Through subtle muscular reactions, we gain access to subconscious information and emotional imprints. These are then gently released using various techniques, such as emotional stress release, visualization, energy corrections, and activating acupressure points.


What Happens in a Session?

A session begins with conversation, followed by muscle testing to reveal the root causes of stress.
We then use tailored release techniques to support emotional and energetic clearing.
Each session is fully personalized and takes place in a safe, supportive space.
